1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pub222 website at pub222.vip, creating a player account, or placing any wager on the pub222 platform, you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the pub222 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

3. Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) pub222 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be merged or closed, with all bonuses forfeited.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. pub222 is required by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing any withdrawal. KYC verification requires submission of:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (PhilSys ID, UMID, Passport, or Driver's License);
• A clear selfie photograph matching the submitted ID;
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., GCash account name matching the registered name) where required.

pub222 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time as required by regulatory obligations. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the pub222 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Deposits are accepted via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank online banking. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the Cashier page.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

• pub222 does not charge withdrawal fees on the platform side; however, your payment provider may apply transaction fees that are beyond pub222's control.
• pub222 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification on any withdrawal request before processing, particularly for accounts with unusual transaction patterns or large withdrawal amounts.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pub222 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, and promotional credits from time to time. The following general terms apply to all pub222 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method unless expressly stated otherwise.
• pub222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through irregular betting patterns, arbitrage, or collusion will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account suspension.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pub222 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC;

• Colluding with other players to defraud pub222 or other players;

• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to use your pub222 account.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the pub222 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and audiovisual materials — is the intellectual property of pub222 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of pub222 content without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pub222 and its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

pub222 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform and shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond pub222's reasonable control. In any event, pub222's total liability to you shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your pub222 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Account Termination

pub222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice and without liability to the account holder. In cases of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct, pub222 may withhold account balances and report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

11. Amendments to These Terms

pub222 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email to the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the pub222 website. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendment.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. pub222 operates under a licence issued by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) and is subject to PAGCOR's regulatory oversight and dispute resolution procedures.

In the event of a dispute between you and pub222, you agree to first contact pub222 customer support in good faith to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process before any court proceedings are initiated. Any litigation that proceeds shall be filed exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
